Who is responsible

Website delivery

Vercel hosts this website. Vercel and its infrastructure providers process technical request information needed to deliver and protect it, such as an IP address, requested address, request time, browser information and operational logs. Cloudflare administers the company domain’s DNS.

Inquiries and product interest

When you email Williams, your email address, message and information you choose to provide are processed to respond and manage the conversation. Email is handled through Google Workspace.

The contact form stores your email address, optional name, inquiry type, message and consent record. The interest-registration form stores your email address, selected product or company update preference and consent record. It does not ask for a name or free-text message. Both create a receipt reference and submission time. They do not create a product account. For abuse prevention, the application also keeps short-lived request counters and a hashed email identifier. It does not store your IP address in the submission record.

Use and choices

We use inquiry information to respond and assess the request. We use interest-registration information for the updates you request. Form records are kept in a private Val Town application database, using its SQLite service backed by Turso. The company operator receives a daily notification containing submission counts and receipt references, without the visitor’s name, email or message. A form confirmation means the record was saved; it is not an email-delivery receipt.

Cookies and measurement

This website does not include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics integration. Core navigation and demonstrations do not require a marketing cookie. Hosting and submission infrastructure may process technical request information and use security cookies to deliver and protect the service. Form requests are sent without browser credentials. The application does not use local storage for your form details.

Retention and security

Provide only information needed for the conversation. Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers or confidential operational records through these forms or ordinary email. Application form records are scheduled for deletion within 180 days. Provider operational logs and email correspondence have their own retention arrangements. You can request access, correction, removal or an end to future updates by emailing hello@williams-sd.com. Include a receipt reference if available; do not send sensitive identification documents. We will review your request and explain any necessary retention.

Service providers and changes

The site uses Vercel for hosting, Val Town for form processing and private database access, Turso through Val Town for database infrastructure, and Google Workspace for company email. These providers may process information in locations where they operate; this site does not promise a specific data residency. Their provider notices are available at Vercel, Val Town, Turso and Google. This notice will be updated when the site’s processing materially changes.
