Where your information goes
- Hosting
- Vercel hosts this website. Cloudflare administers the company domain’s DNS.
- Inquiries
- Form records are kept in a private Val Town application database (SQLite, backed by Turso), scheduled for deletion within 180 days. The submission record does not store your IP address.
- Email
- Company email runs on Google Workspace.
- Tracking
- No advertising trackers and no marketing analytics on this website.
- Ask Williams
- Typed questions are sent to Anthropic’s Claude to write the reply. Williams stores no conversations. Details.
How this website is engineered
- Confirmation you can rely on
- Success is shown only after storage confirms the record — and you receive a reference you can keep.
- No duplicates on retry
- A failed connection keeps your answers, and a retry carries the same request identity.
- Nothing left behind
- Form contents are never written to your browser’s storage.
- Tested before release
- Every route is checked automatically at four screen widths, against the inquiry contract, failure handling and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility rules.
How we work with your systems
- Outcome first
- Targets, measures, acceptance criteria and price are agreed before any build begins.
- Least privilege
- Access is granted for the agreed scope, recorded, and revoked at handover.
- You own the result
- Code, data and documentation built for you stay with you. You are free to leave — we intend to give you every reason to stay.
- People decide
- Consequential actions in Williams systems require an authorized person, not just a model’s recommendation.
Stated plainly
- Certifications
- Williams does not yet hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
- Service levels
- There is no published uptime commitment or round-the-clock support yet.
- When it matters
- If an engagement requires either, we say so before scope is agreed — never after.
